Baumgardner, Executor of the Estate of Marie Tarpey. deceased, and pursuant to Section 64.1171 of the Code of Virginia, I have fixed the 13th day of February, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. as the time, and my office in Washington. Virginia, as the place, for receiving debts and demands against the said decedent or her estate. The first account of the Executor is now before me for settlement.
