Kight now it seems as it the pnly way San Francisco can lose as if they don’t show up on Sunday. But, as this is a remote possibility, most experts agree that San Diego • Is going to have to come up with some fancy moves and pull off some slick plays to get by the formidable ‘49ers. The Chargers are neither fancy nor slick, but that might be exactly why they have a chance on Sunday.

For the last four years, the Buffalo Bills have been the AFC Champion. The Bills certainly were a good team, but they depended mostly on the skill of Jim Kelly and his wide receivers to provide all of their points.
The same is true of the Denver Broncos who went to the Super Bowl twice in a row and whose offense likewise centered around the passing of John Elway. These two teams are the perfect examples of AFC football in the past ten 'years: fast; slick air attacks that literally bombed the opponent from above. Until the Super Bowl came, when the NFC team would pass and run the AFC into the ground.
