beef is fantastic. “It makes a great burger. This has all the flavor the other one does not,” he said, comparing it to the ground beef he used to purchase for the restaurant.
Many customers also live out of ' town and order the beef on a regular basis. Charlie Wise, who lives in Northern Virginia and has been a customer since last November, said that he is thoroughly delighted with the product, which he said is like having steak house type beef at home. He said the meat “is wonderful, it is really terrific,” and added that his mother thinks it is the best she has ever had.
