To the Editor:
Subsequent to Mike Massie's diatribe at the last Board of Supervisors meeting, re those of use who object to moving the dumpsters, many people tell me that I was the person referred to as “the low life scum who is ultimately trying to pollute the waters of Virginia and to set government policy.”
I understand how traumatic it can be to find so many people disagreeing - with him on the dumpsters. I can certainly feel his pain, but I would like to point out that our citizens do think for themselves and I certainly didn’t sway them, nor do I .have any desire to “set government policy.” I still love you, Mike, and will be happy to bear the brunt of other disappointments.
