James Atkins
James Ollie Atkins, 89, of Luray died on Thursday, April 11 at Warren County Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.
He was bom July 1, 1906, at Sperryville and was a son of the late Will and Ann Elizabeth Woodward Atkins.
Mr. Atkins was a farmer and a member of Main Street Baptist Church.*
In 1930 he married the former Mamie Alice Dodson, who survives.
Surviving, besides his wife are two sons, Buddy Calvin Atkins and Shirley Edward Atkins, both of Luray, and a sister, Bertha Dodson of Luray.
A funeral service was conducted Saturday, April 13 at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. James C. Chevalier Jr.
Burial was in Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery.

James W. Stringfellow, 80, of Boston, died on Sunday, April 14 at the University'of Virginia Hospital.
He was born Oct. 22, 1915 in Madison County to the late Robert and Vergie Jenkins Stringfellow. He
