The U-13 Culpeper Comets played to a 3 to 3 tie with the Stafford Scorpions last Friday. This travel team includes five players from Rappahannock County: Sky Watson, Chris Beck, Steven Clark, Brant Marlett and Shawn Torrance.
Each team got a goal off a corner kick in the first half. Sky, Watson’s corner kick was tipped in by Britton Hitt for the Comets first goal. All Rappahannock players are contributing solidly to this team which also includes boys from Culpeper, Fauquier, and Orange counties.
