PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing to consider the Town Budget for fiscal year 1996/97, at its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 1996 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. The public hearing will take place at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in the Town of Washington. All persons wishing to be heard on the matter of the Budget are invited to attend
and present their views. A synopsis of the proposed Town Budget is set forth below, and a copy of the proposed Budget is available for inspection at the Town Office in the Town Hall and at the
Office of the County Administrator for Rappahannock County during normal business hours.
