With 300 miles of roads in Rappahannock County and only 18 crew members in the local office of the Virginia Department of 1 Transportation, it would be impossible to keep Rappahannock clean and beautiful without volunteer labor, observes Ron Marshall, VDOT supervisor in Rappahannock.
