I
Mr. Reynolds said he would recommend the ; adaptive reuse amendment because changing what ; is allowed in rural residential zones would apply ; to many other locations in town. However, he said - in either case a zoning amendment would require < that the town’s Planning Commission meet and ' approve an amendment that would then have to be advertised and adopted following public hearings ;
