The Town of Washington, Virginia is soliciting proposals for the preparation of a study to assess what •measures might be necessary to address storm drainage, absorption, and/or wastewater situations that may exist in tbwn. Needs assessmenl Shall be performed using all available data from the ” State Department of Health, local records and documents, wastewater flow estimates for individual customers, estimates of available septic system disposal area and evaluation of soil types and other information to identify any problem areas of the town and potential future problems areas.
If the need for central..ized or localized, treatment is established, a •feasibility study will be authorized. The Town will solicit proposals for the design of any appropriate solutions to the need established in the needs assessment.
The terms, conditions, pre-qualifications requirements, proposal submission and evaluation standards and other pertinent information, are specified in the RFP which is available from the Town Administrator, Town of Washington, 485 Gay Street, P.O.
