Those working on finding an alternative site said the nutrition site must move from Trinity the first weekend in September, and they hoped to find a permanent home before the move. Each year the nutrition site has moved to the Washington Baptist Church when the Trinity Parish Hall is filled with the dried flower operation.
Mr. Reynolds said with no changes in the zoning ordinance, if they could consider the nutrition site an activity of a house of worship it would be allowed. The council had also previously approved the property's use as a school for Spring Mountain, and he said an educational use would clearly be allowed. Mitzie Young suggested the council consider the site a school for seniors.
