Del. Jay Katzen, R,31st District, is working hard at helping out his current constituents in the upcoming session of the General Assembly while continuing to run a statewide campaign for the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor.
He will be facing the people in a party primary next June. There are two other candidates for the nomination, Coleman Andrews and John Hager. Del, Katzen notes that Mr. Andrews, particularly, has the advantage of early endorsements from party chairman throughout the state, but many of those people made those commitments two years ago, before Del.
