Of Grace
To the Editor:
Those of us out and about at dawn, on Christmas Eve morning were privileged to witness an extraordinary rainbow arcing briefly from one end of the county to another. Iris, the Greek goddess of the rainbow, represents that part of us which yearns to connect the earthly and the spiritual planes. A greater sign of God's grace and abundance could hardly be imagined, as it appeared to us at the dawning of Christmas.
