NOTICE OF INTENTION
TO ADOPT ORDINANCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, March 12,1997, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Town Hall on Gay Street, in Washington, Virginia, the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia, will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of the 1997 Bank Tax Ordinance, (effective July 1, 1997).
Copies of the proposed Bank Tax Ordinance are available for inspection by the public at the Office of the Zoning Administrator of Rappahannock County and the Town on Gay Street, and also available at the Town Hall, during normal business hours.
Members of the public are invited to attend this public hearing and make their views known.
