move the dumpster sites, it is a pure waste of money (our money). The dumpsters are in fact the ultimate in recycling areas. Most of us have the decency to leave the things that we can no longer use but may be useful to someone else. We leave these things outside the dumpsters so others may use them. Therefore a lot less stuff ends up in the landfill. Since it is apparently only the minority of people who are offended by this, I suggest these people go look for houses in Fairfax where they all have to have the same mailbox and all the houses have
