The sixth annual D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) fifthgrade graduation ceremony was held last Wednesday evening, Feb. 19, at RCES. The ceremony marked the culmination of the three fifth grade classes successful completion of 17 one-hour DARE lessons conducted by DARE Officer, Capt. Jeff Brown of the Rappahannock Sheriff’s Department.
