Fairfax in 1990 while he was working on a very large home in Fauquier County. He lived in Castleton and felt that Rappahannock was the most beautiful place he had ever lived.
One of his recent jobs was as superintendent and lead carpenter for the renovation of a 200-year-old log cabin for Noah Bradley of Blue Mountain Builders in Madison. Mr. Bradley said, “Bob is a wonderful guy. I would recommend Bob Etchells to anybody.”
