Gospel concert at RCHS A gospel concert featuring the Voices of Shiloh from Millwood will be presented at the Rappahannock County High School at 6 p.m. on March 28. Admission is $8 single or $15 for couples and children under 12 are free. All proceeds from this concert will benefit the Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist Center. For information call James R.
