Citizen picker uppers; for each bag collected (to the brim please), $3 will be credited to your personal account, $1 for your pocket and $2 for a cause of your choice. How will it work?
There are designated sign up centers: Mountainside Market, Sperryville; Hackley’s Store, Amissville; Dennis’ Store, Scrabble; Laurel Mills Store, Laurel Mills/Castleton; Williams Store, Chester Gap.
