Missionaries who are they nd what they do they do? - ome of us know what a missionary is and what they do. 'Ve wish we had the courage, kmc. freedom from responsibilities and money to be one. We know that a missionary is i religious person who goes and tells others about Jesus? But is that really all there is to being a missionary?
Missionaries are not just teachers of God’s word although that is clearly the primary reason they leave their homes and go to places totally foreign to their way of life. Missionaries also provide for the physical, health, economic and educational needs of people around the world and in our own country.
They are carpenters, mechanics, housewives, computer specialist, students. They, are the retired, the young and the people in the prime of their careers and family life'. They are people like you and I. People who said yes I can make a difference by donating a week, i ionth or year of my time.
