Rappahannock News Staff Photo/Jan LaValley This full-sized, four-bird quilt is being raffled with proceeds to be used for a scholarship to be awarded to a Rappahannock County High School graduate. It was hand quilted by the Homemakers Quilting Group. The quilt blocks are initialed and it is hand signed on the back, tickets are $1 each or six for $5 and may be purchased at Talk of the Town or at the Extension office. It will be on display on the second or fourth Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Extension office, when the quilting group meets. The drawing will be held April 25, Fodderstack Classic 10K Race day.
