ORDER OF PUBLICATION
This is an action to sell certain real estate to cdllect delinquent real estate taxes owed to the County of Rappahannock. Virginia The last deed of record states the owners to be the Defendant, Henry Jackson, as to a life estate, and Hugh Jackson, R R Jackson, and William Noakes, asto the remainder It is believed these persons are dead so their interests have passed to others including those listed above
2 The real estate to which this suit applies is located in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and is described as
Tax Map 56, Parcel 9 12 50 acres near Scrabble, and the intersectionof Rt 522 and Butler Mill Road, Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahhanock County, Virginia.
And being the same property referred to as Lot No 2 of the Reid land in which a life estate was acquired by Henry Jackson by deed recorded in Deed Book 30 page 313 of the records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, which deed reflects that Hugh Jackson, R R. Jackson and Wiliam Noakes are remainderman.
3 All persons, including all unknown parties, are required to appear and protect their Interests on or before 8 April 1998.
4 This order shall be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannofck News, shall be posted at the front door of the courthouse for the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and shall be mailed to each Defendant whose post office address given above..
