On Saturday, April 10 at the Rappahannock County Library at 7 p.m. Natural Resource Specialist Rolf Gubler will be making a presentation on the “Peregrine Falcon Recovery Program” in the Shenandoah National Park as part of the “Blue Ridge to the Bay” Speaker Series sponsored by the Ragged Mountain Resource Center.
