What a nasty storm that blew in Easter Sunday afternoon! The rain and thunder were bad enough, but then we lost electricity for a little over three hours. Definitely a gully washer. It was tough eating the ears off the chocolate bunnies when I couldn’t see them.
Happy birthday wishes are sent out to Betty Thornton, Sharon Fitzpatrick, and my sister, Lynette Wells.
Help buy new books for the library at Rappahannock ..County Elementary School by supporting their Book Fair which will be held April 13 through April 19.
April 22 is Earth Day and several of our local schools will be selling plants and flowers to encourage us to beautify our yards.
