We are so very grateful for all of the support our programs receive from parents and others in the community. The reception to honor volunteers will be held at 3:45 in the RCES gymtorium.
• If you have not volunteered, please come and help us say thanks to those who have, or sign up to volunteer in the future. Staff and students have some wonderful surprises planned; you won’t want to miss them.
• On Feb. 27, Jami Gillis and Ian Blubaugh debated negative in Waynesboro and placed 12th out of 21 teams. The Regional Forensics Tournament took place on March 3. Thirteen students advanced to regionals and four further advanced to the State Competition. Colin Treanor advanced in Humorous Interpretation, Jennifer Thomas for Original Oratory, Jami Gillis for poetry, and Ian Blubaugh for Foreign Extemporaneous. Jami and Ian will be advancing to Regionals for Switchside Debate on April 17.
