RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SU #99-03-03 David and Virginia Compton, owners of Tax Map 42, Parcel 14A in Jackson District, known as 461 Richmond Road, desire a Special Use permit to construct a family apartment for their son and his wife in an existing 24’x24’ garage less than 25' from the main dwelling. Property is zoned “RR”-Rural Residential and contains 1.05 acres. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock! County Code; additional standards in Section 170-, 62(G).
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular moating on Wednesday, April 21, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at' the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such' recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, do P.O.
