Mr. settle was a former employee of Aileen in Flint Hill. He was a member of the Washington Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Betty Jean Moulis of Silver Spring, Md.; one brother, William Edward Settle Jr. of Manassas; two nephews, John Moulis and William E. Settle, III and five nieces, Joan Timberlake, Lisa McFarland, Penny James, Shari Keith and Shelley Bailey.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Aug. 17 at Washington Baptist Church with Rev. Jon Heddleston officiating. Burial was at Washington Masonic Cemetery.
