Frederick E. Hart, 56, of Hume died August 13 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore. He had lung cancer.
Mr. Hart was a worldrenown sculptor, whose works included the Three Soldiers at the Vietnam Veteran Memorial in Washington, D.C.; the Creation Sculptures at the National Cathedral, and the Gulf War railing at the Fauquier Veterans Memorial in Warrenton.
Mr. Hart and his wife, Lindy came to the area in 1986, and built their new home, Chesley, on the Hume
