Tentative plans for renovating the Treasurer, Commissioner of Revenue and Registrar offices would include plans for handicapped accessibility. Other than that, McCarthy says that few county offices nebd to be made accessible.
Some private buildings that have accessibility issues have work underway. A good example is the building across the street from Trinity Episcopal Church, where a ramp is being built for wheelchair access.
