Back to basics
We should get back to basics with whole foods and with stir fried or steamed vegetables. Organic vegetables are sweet and delicious. In my organic garden, I grow broccoli, sugar peas, carrots, lettuces and kale. Vegetables are delicious on their own. If the vegetables turn to mush, that is when I use them for cheese sauces, gravies and for flavoring.
