Mr. and Mrs. Sammy Findley and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peregory spent last weekend in Lancaster, Pa. touring the Amish Country.
Its not too early to pass on this reminder, the Singing and Pickin party held at the Salem Fire Hall, will take place Friday, Dec. 10 beginning at 7 p.m. The public is invited. Food and beverages will be available.
Thanksgiving Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier were Charles Wharton, Ray Wharton, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory and family, Keith Roberson and Mrs. and Mrs. Buddy Grigsby and family.
Sympathy is extended to the family of Mr. Henry Brock of Reva who passed away Nov. 11 at University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville.
Our prayers for her recovery are extended to Mrs. Mary Burke, who recently underwent surgery.
Belated birthday wishes go out to Miss Carolyn Peyton and Mrs. Missy Bragg who celebrated on Sunday and to Jason Grigsby who added another year on Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. Jake Roberson and son Timothy spent the Thanksgiving holiday with Mr. Roberson’s mother, Mrs. Mae Baltzegar in Edgewater, Fla.
Congratulations to our area students, all of Rappahannock High School, who made the AHonor Roll for the past advisory, namely Amanda Sims, Chris Erhart, Matthew Wolfe and Brittany Thornhill.
