NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WITHDRAWAL FROM JENKINS MOUNTAIN & TAG-ON TO HASKELL AGRICULTURAL
AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS
In accordance with Section 15.2-4307 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, February 7, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider a request to withdraw twenty-five acres from the Jenkins Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District and to allow a tag-on of two properties to the Haskell Agricultural and Forestal District.
The proposed changes for the Districts are available for inspection at the County Administration Office, in Washington,VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
The Rappahannofck County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, January 19, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, January 19, 2000, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
