Nealon says, “I’ve never spent a dime on advertising. It’s all word of mouth. So, that is basically how I built up my clientele here. Now, most of my big clients are still inside Washington, D.C.”
Nealon confides that he would like to spend all his time working and living in Rappahannock. But then reality beckons, “I don’t know if the county has enough work for me to stay here all the time. I think there is some opportunity here. It’s going to depend, a little bit, on how brave I am.”
