The cakes and the concept are unique. The floral accents are acquired from the event’s florist on the wedding (or other event) day, and the cake is finished by Ronnie on the scene. All the customer needs to do is specify the cake and icing, give Chef Pelletier some idea of the desired look, and she’ll do the rest. There is no deposit required, but the cake must be paid for in full two weeks before the big day, and cakes generally run from $4 to $5 per person.
