< : THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit Is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land (Tax Map parcel 29-10), together with any buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, the property being located on the east side of U.S. Highway Route 211 -Business and containing 4 acres, more or less, as more particularly described by survey set forth in a deed dated October 31, 1877 and recorded in Deed Book O, page 354.

AND BEING the same and identical land conveyed to John Walker as herein before recited.

LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM, however, the following described tracts or parcels of land previously conveyed from the original tract containing 4 acres described above, which tracts are more particularly described as follows:

One- that certain tract or parcel of land, being the eastern portion of the aforesaid lot and

containing 2 acres, more or less, which tract was conveyed to Cora Hunter by deed from John Walker and

Alice Walker, his wife, dated July 11, 1904 and recorded in Deed Book W, page 336.

Two- tract certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.16 acre as more particularly described according to a

survey set forth in a deed dated August 17, 1929, which tract was conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia

by deed from John Walker and Alice Walker, his wife, and recorded in Deed Book 35, page 316.

Three- that certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.85 acre as more particularly described according to a

survey set forth in a deed dated January 14, 1969, which tract was conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia

by deed from the heirs at law of John Walker and Alice Walker, and recorded in Deed Book 96, page 375.

AND BEING the residue of the land conveyed to John Walker by deed from James L. Oden and Sarah Elizabeth Oden, his wife, dated January 2, 1904 and recorded In Deed Book W, page 256, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia.

And H appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the above-named Defendant IVA A. FLETCHER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 629 Wicnosico Street. Harrisburg. Pennsylvania, 17110; that the above-named Defendant DOROTHY LESESNE is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 817 Anaheim Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219; that the abovenamed Defendant WILLIAM M. WALKER, JR., is not a resident of the Commonwealth ot Virginia, and his last known post office address Is 807 Station Street, Pittsburgh. Pennsylvania 15235; that the above-named Defendant ESTHER DAVIS is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 3223 Tenace Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15213; that the above-named Defendant ALYCE JONES is not a resident ot the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 2634 N. Charles Street. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15214; that the above-named Defendant RAUL WALKER. JR. Is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 16-F Crawford Village, McKeesport, Pennsylvania 151213; that the above-named Defendant PERNELL WALKER is not a resident (X the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 729 N St. Clair. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15206; that the above-named Defendant PAMELA WALKER is not a resident of the Commonwealth ot Virginia, and her last known post office address is 820 Capital Street. Apartment 114, Carnegie. Pennsylvania 15106, that the above-named Defendant CHARLES JACKSON is not a resident ot the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 1418 Smokehouse Lane, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110; that the above-named Defendant FRANKLIN JACKSON is not a resident ot the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 222 Emerald Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110; that the above-named Defendant BLONDELL JACKSON SMITH is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 1847 Herr Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17103; that the abovenamed Defendant MEDA E. MORRISON is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 426 E. Fourth Street. Mount Vernon, New York 10553; that the above-named Defendant BARBARA ANN MORRISON Is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 426 E. Fourth Street. Mount Vernon, New York 10553; that the above-named Defendant WILLIAM W. MORRISON is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 426 E Fourth Street, Mount Vernon, New York 10553; that the above-named Defendant ETHEL WARD is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address Is 139-11 115th Avenue, So Ozone Park, New York 11436; that the above-named Defendant JEAN WALLER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 242 Pearl Harbor Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06610; that the above-named Defendant SAMUEL D MORRISON is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 418 Homestead Avenue, Mount Vernon, New Ybrk 10553-1913; that the above-named Defendant BRUEWOOD GRANT. JR. is not a resident ot the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is Asbury Park Village Bldg #262, Asbury Park, New Jersey 07712; that the abovenamed Defendant JACQUELYN H. BEST is not a resident ot the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 2423 Lennox Road, Augusta. Georgia 30906; that the above-named Defendant JOSE M. HIGH is not a resident of the Commonwealth ot Virginia, and his last known post office address is 2423 Lennox Road, Augusta, Georgia 30906; that the above-named Defendant ETHEL HAWKINS is not a resident ot the Commonwealth ot Virginia, and her last known post office address is 3900-B Watson Place. N.W., Apt. #7G. Washington, DC. 20016-5744; that the above-named Defendant PATRICIA WALKER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 3600 Ely Place, S.E., Apt. #125, Washington, D.C. 20019; and.

It further appearing that the heirs at law ot BEN WALKER, RATRICK WALKER, JOHN WALKER, ALICE BARBOUR WALKER, BEN WALKER, AMANDA W. PEYTON, GEORGE ROBERT WALKER, SR., GEORGE ROBERT WALKER, JR., DOROTHY W. SCOTT, JOYCE G HIGH. ETHEL MORRISON. WILLIAM M. WALKER, SR., and RAUL WALKER. SR. who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are or may be Interested in the subject to be partitioned or disposed of in this suit. If any such heirs at law there be.

It Is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the land above described appear on or before the 14th day of April, 2000 in the Clerk's Office ot the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street Washington, Virginia, 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of the general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy ot this order be mailed to each defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit and which is listed above.
