Legal Notices ' BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 28, 2000 at seventhirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SU #00-06-01 Thomas L., Jr. and Betty A. Walter, owners of 2.43 acres on Tiger Valley Road in Hampton District (Tax Map 29, Parcel 70E - zoned RRRural Residential) desire a Special Use permit to construct a family apartment for their daughter and son-in-law. The structure is limited to 1.200 square teet of combined living and storage space and must be no more than 200 feet from the main residence. Use allowed under Section 170-36A of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards under Section 170-62C of the Code. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 21,2000 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
