The Rappahannock
County Sheriff’s Office will be helping to send children from our county to camp again this summer.
Many kids who may never have had the opportunity to experience the educational and fun things provided by camp life will now get that chance. We have three excellent camps in this area and hope to be able to provide financial assistance to children who want to attend.
The camps are the Northern Virginia 4-H camp, Belle Meade and the Nature Camp. We are calling this program “Christmas in July”. If anyone would like to help us send kids to camp this summer, we will gladly accept your donation and make sure it will be used for this purpose.
Last year your generosity helped us send 36 children to camp.
All funds collected will be used to help our less fortunate children go to camp.
