The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the parents of the groom, was held at Seasons Restaurant in Fairfax on Aug. 2.
Mrs. Hugh Heishman entertained friends and out-oftown guests at a luncheon at her home in Clifton on the day before the wedding.
Other festivities honoring the bride and groom were an engagement party in March in Novato, Calif, given by the groom’s mother, Robin O’Heeron, and a reception hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schwartz which will be in Dallas in October.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of The College of William and Mary, and she received her Masters of Occupational Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in 1999. She is currently employed by UVA/ Healthsouth in Charlottesville.
The bridegroom graduated from Texas A&M in 1997 and he is beginning work on his master’s degree at the University of Virginia this fall. He is employed by ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center.
Following their honeymoon in Jamaica, they reside in their new home in Charlottesville.
