A. Gary Cameron, 49, of Front Royal died Wednesday, Aug. 29 at his residence.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, Sept. 1 at Maddox Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Burke. Burial followed in the Williams Family Cemetery in Chester Gap.
Mr. Cameron was born Nov. 17, 1951 in Warren County, son of the Albert D. Cameron of Chester Gap and the late Gertrude Wines Cameron.
He was the owner and operator of Gary’s Plumbing in Front Royal. He was a past member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 829 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 4265. He was a member of the Chester Gap Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, other survivors include his wife of 27 years, Bonnie D. Cameron; two daughters, Carrie Jaclyn Cameron and Kayla Cameron Payne, both of Front Royal and a sister, Brenda Jenkins of Chester Gap.
He was predeceased by his mother and a sister, Elaine Tharpe.

Mitchell Ellis Jenkins, 84, of Woodville died on Thursday, Aug. 29 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
He was born May 30, 1917 in Rappahannock County, a son of the late Ellis H. Jenkins and Savilla C. Jenkins.
Mr. Jenkins retired from the United States Postal Service in 1990 with a blemish free record.
He is survived by a sister, Virginia J. Woodard of Sperryville and a number of cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a brother, George Booten Jenkins.
