“Dream Healing Journey” with Dona Matera DD, MA, CHt will be held on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This well received workshop will now be held for the first time in Sperryville, at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center.
Come tap into the hours you’re just sleeping away! Explore ways you can work with your inner world of dreams, alone and in community, with the support and richness of a dream circle. Through guided dream reentry, you can open the doors td your inner wisdom and journey into the living heart of your dream, beyond the logical dream meanings.
Symbols of dreams, waking trance, astrology, and hypnotherapy have been an integral part of Matera’s practice with others for 25 years.
In 1984, Matera served on the steering committee for the First International Conference of the Association For the Study of Dreams, held in San Francisco. In addition to facilitating workshops here and abroad, Matera has presented these Dream Healing Journey workshops at conferences across the United States.
Participants are encouraged to bring up to three or four dreams, either current ones, or recurring dreams from anytime in your life, or an old dream which may have felt very significant. If you have no recollection of a dream, you will access a waking dream in the workshop. Bring a pad of paper with pens, a snack apd bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothes, and wear or bring socks.
