Headwaters’ first forum in the “Excellence in Education” series will discuss Effective Schools in Rappahannock County. The forum will be held on Dec. 6 at the Rappahannock High School at 7 p.m. The public is invited.
The forum will feature a presentation by Winchester City School Superintendent, Dennis Kellison, a renowned expert on , Effective Schools.
Mr. Kellison has twelve years of experience as Superintendent' of Schools in Clarke County, Orange County and Winchester. His leadership has been instrumental for each of these school systems in pursuing the mission of “Learning for all, whatever it takes."
