There is no charge for breakfast or for participating in the Reorganization Caucus, though there are some simple rules governing the Caucus. The doors to the caucus open at 9 a.m. for check in (and breakfast) and are closed at 10 a.m. for the actual meeting and election.

All who wish to partici* pate in the election of a new Democratic Committee must check in by 10 a.m. and sign a standardized Caucus Participation Form attesting that he or she is a Democrat, does not intend to support any candidate who is opposed to a Democratic nominee in the ensuing general election, believes in the principles of the Democratic Party, and is a registered voter in Rappahannock County.

Those Democrats who are interested in being elected as members of the new Committee must file an application for membership and submit it by 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 either to the Credentials Officer present at the check-in table or to Meredith Gorfein, Chair of the out-going Committee.
