The object ol this suit is to quiet, establish, confirm and ratify title in the complainants to a certain 80 14 acre

if land on and off State Route 681 in Hawthorne Magisterial District. Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was conveyed to Robert M. DeShazo by deed of Ormond Beach First National Bank, then known as Flagship First National Bank of Volusia County, now First National Bank of Florida-Volusia County, Trustee unctar will for Alphus Hall, which deed was dated February 1, 1984 and recorded in Deed Book 174, page 320 among the land records of Rappahannock County.

An affidavit having been made and filed that there may be unknown heirs, devisees, successors in title and/or personal representatives of the parties as set forth above whose names and post office addresses are unknown, and that there are nonresident individual defendants and foreign corporations and foreign unincorporated associations whose last known post office addresses are set forth above, it is hereby ORDERED, Ahat each of said parties appear on or before December •18,2001, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land.
