have well-established programs in baseball/softball and soccer that our children begin playing when they’re six years old.
The rec basketball program seems to be starting the same type of early involvement.
In the soccer program there is a whole generation of players who have been playing soccer since they were five or six. The two U-10 boys teams this past season were exciting to watch and it was even more exciting to think of the level they’ll be playing at when they reach high school.
The girls soccer teams at both U-10 and U-12 are showing a lot of talent. The girls at that level are getting excited about their potential and are willing to work at it.
