Lawrence R. Jennings, 60, was observed slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle while parked in the lot of a local business. A witness called the Sheriff's Office, but Jennings left the area before they arrived.
However, Jennings was soon located crossing U. S. 211 by Dep. Mark Currence, who stopped him and consequently charged him with DWI.
