Holiday closings

The Rappahannock County Government Offices will be closed on July 4. Since the Independence Day holiday falls on a Thursday this year, Friday, July 5 will also be a paid state holiday for the Commonwealth’s employees.
The Rappahannock National Bank and the Rappahannock News will be closed on Thursday, July 4, however, will resume regular business hours on Friday.

Join Gray Ghost’s eighth anniversary celebration Saturday and Sunday, July 6 and 7, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enjoy seasonal hors d’oeuvres paired with internationally acclaimed Gray Ghost wines. The days’ activities will include live music, the VonClown family and tours scheduled throughout the day.
