speak for all of us when I say that we certainly had no intention of missing the call to the Corbin home on June 21. It is quite apparent our staffing at that time was not adequate to get out on that call. We do understand how frightening this lack of response could be for someone with an emergency.
Sperryville Fire and/or Sperryville Rescue handles the bulk of the emergency calls in the west and south ends of this county. This obviously involves a lot of emergencies. Given the number of emergency calls we have answered to your home, you know those emergency calls can come in at all hours of the day or night.
