Our county citizens also end up with less consistent coverage. • I would say to those citizens who have decided this county's emergency services are lacking — "Step up to the plate, pick up your portion of the emergency services workload". We would certainly appreciate more citizens who are willing to get up in the ifriddle of the night and respond ti) these emergency calls. We would also appreciate more station support personnel. You and your families will benefit from your decision. Our county citizens will benefit from your decision, and all of our tax bills will certainly benefit for not having to pay for additional emergency services personnel.
In any community effort, success is ultimately determined by the local citizens who either care enough get involved, or, who don't care enough to get involved.
