jobs is to contact parents when students are absent. I’m sure many of you have had conversations with her. She does a great job keeping up with our children. Thank you, Mrs. Jenkins.
Another person who is vital to our success is Kelly Settle. Items on her job description are varied and numerous. We count on Mrs. Settle for everything from balancing the checkbook to organizing the senior trip. She shows tremendous initiative and unusual attention to detail. Thank you, Mrs, Settle!
A group that deserves our gratitude is our teachers. Among other accomplishments this school year, we are pleased to report that Standards of Learning results improved dramatically. As many of you know, teaching is an extremely demanding job. Our teachers are dedicated to student success as they seek to meet each student’s needs. This is a monumental task, but our teachers don’t shy away from the challenge. It is unfortunate that space does not allow mentioning each teacher by name and contribution. Each one is appreciated for all that he or she does. Thank you, RCHS teachers, for an excellent year!
