JoAnn Zelpha Gooden, 63, of Warrenton died on Wednesday, June 26 at her residence.
She was born on Nov. 4, 1938 in Buchanan County. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Roger W. Gooden of Warrenton; three sons, Roger Gooden of Bealeton, Terry Gooden of Rapidan and Todd Gooden of Amissville; two daughters, Tammy Metcalf of Orlean and Tracy Miller of Warrenton and four grandchildren.
Additional survivors include three brothers, Fred McGlothlin and David McGlothlin, both of Nokesville and Alton Bradley McGlothlin of Manassas and one sister, Katie Kirkland of Akron, Ohio.
She was predeceased by her father, Rev. Robert McGlothlin and her mother, Gladys McGlothlin.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, July 2 at Moser Funeral Home Chapel in Warrenton with the Rev. Alan Stanley officiating.
Interment followed in Hjllcrest Memory Gardens at Jeffersonton.
